Using Videos to Help Grow Your Optin List

Having a sizeable optin list is a no-brainer for online marketers. A big list means more chances to build relationships and make sales, pure and simple. But many Internet marketers rely on a simple optin form on their website to do the job, when they could hook many more addresses with the addition of video.

Live Q and A webinars. Experts do live Q and A webinars; then they post them wherever they can to help them get seen and hopefully go viral. Not an expert? You can become one by doing a Q and A video on the topic you know something about.

On your sales page or squeeze page. One tactic we see a lot lately is online marketers creating and drip-feeding videos that give good information. These do peak interest in the marketer’s new upcoming products. People have to optin to see the videos, and they do because they know they’re going to get valuable info.

Adding video to your marketing arsenal is a good way to increase your list optins. Make them short, to match people’s attention spans these days, and don’t forget to include a strong call to action.
